Our take on support:

  • We pride ourselves in supporting the apps we develop and customise. It is for this reason that we offer personal support to our app users.
  • We do not make use of a support “ticketing” system where you can get lost or forgotten, as we believe in building individual one-on-one relationships with our clients.
  • Our support team is available for online assistance, via Zoom and  Microsoft Teams, to assist users as they become accustomed to the system.

Our approach to training:

  • We provide training at different skill levels, to match the skill set of the user.
  • We do not recommend group training sessions (unless requested by the business) as this affords us to train at the pace of the user.
